Is it really Microsoft's responsibility to fix the screwup by OEM vendors in the build of the image they use to mirror onto the hard disks that they put in the wrong-CPU hosts? They provided a workaround to fix the image that you got stuck with. When munging your e-mail address, *first* munge the domain. Use a domain that is not registered (so that it couldn't exist), use characters that are not allowed in a domain name, or use the .invalid TLD (top-level domain) in place of .com, .net, etc. Don't energize spambots to slam a domain by using its true name in your munged value.
