Guest jedrek Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 I was wondering if Hyperterminal was installed by default on either Windows XP Pro, Windows XP Pro SP1, Windows XP Pro SP2. I believe it is installed by default on Win XP Pro SP2, but I am not sure about the others. Thanks.

Guest Doug Knox - [MS-MVP] Posted July 9, 2008 Posted July 9, 2008 Re: Hyperterminal Actually, I should say its available on all versions of XP. It may not be installed by default, but can be added from Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components, if needed. -- Doug Knox, MS-MVP Windows Media Center\Windows Powered Smart Display\Security Win 95/98/Me/XP Tweaks and Fixes http://www.dougknox.com -------------------------------- Per user Group Policy Restrictions for XP Home and XP Pro http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_securityconsole.htm -------------------------------- Please reply only to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
