Hi There, I'm new here so if I get it wrong please forgive and wrap my knuckles.

Problem: I try to download and install Adobe Flash Player on my Dell Laptop using MS Windows 7.

When it gets to the final bit a window comes up and says; Close Internet Explorer.

For starters I'm not sure what the problem is and how to close I/Explorer or change it.

Can someone help me please.

In Change Settings and Customise it looks to be installed.

Many thanks for advice.

Alan

Try the stand alone installer, Released 6/28/2011) Flash Player 10.3.181.34 (75.7 MB) on this page. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html Install it off line.

You will need to extract or unzip the folder. Then navigate to the "flashplayer10_3r181_34_win.exe" application file.
