alando Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Hi There, I'm new here so if I get it wrong please forgive and wrap my knuckles. Problem: I try to download and install Adobe Flash Player on my Dell Laptop using MS Windows 7. When it gets to the final bit a window comes up and says; Close Internet Explorer. For starters I'm not sure what the problem is and how to close I/Explorer or change it. Can someone help me please. In Change Settings and Customise it looks to be installed. Many thanks for advice. RandyL Posted July 31, 2011 Posted July 31, 2011 Try the stand alone installer, Released 6/28/2011) Flash Player 10.3.181.34 (75.7 MB) on this page. http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html Install it off line. You will need to extract or unzip the folder. Then navigate to the "flashplayer10_3r181_34_win.exe" application file. Quote We are all members helping other members.
