Email notification on change in Win 2003

Hi,

How can we set email notification for any access rights revoked or added

on the files/folders and also an user added or removed from the ADS groups.

DD,

You need to enable the auditing you want in Group Policy, Security Settings,

Local Policies, Audit Policy. This will put the events into the event log.

Then you need to get the event log to send you an e-mail. The quickest

easiest way to do this is to buy something like Event Sentry. Or you can

write your own, using something like Log Parser:
