Does anyone know what could be making my pc lag & hang? I just installed Window 11 a few days ago but it began to lag like a day before that and windows defender didn't detect any malware. Even the games that ran smoothly before are lagging now.Surface Book 2 16gb RAM 6GB Nvidia Geforce 1060
