Screen Keeps Flickering

Hope someone can help me. My Screen has been flickering for the last week and

its driving me insane! It looks like lots of lines flickering. I have

refreshed the screen rate and that helped a little but then it just went back

to flickering. I have checked the cables and they are fine. I tried the

monitor on a different computer and it flickered on that also. Does anyone

know what my problem is and how I can fix this. I also tried to restore my

computer and it kept saying it was unable to do so. Thanking you in advance.

Hello Scottishlass,

 

So if the monitor flickers also on another machine, it is the monitor not

the computer.

 

The restore problem of the machine is totally different. Also you should

post that to the group for your OS which you didin't mention here.
