My computer will not display Chinese from the web.

I have XP Home edition with service pack 3. I tried to go on a sit that is

written in chinese and the computer couldnt show it. I dont have the XP disk

with service pack 3. It asks me to install Chinese simplified. Please can

someone tell me how I can get my computer to display Chinese from the web
