Antivirus SOMEHOW blocks FModel.

Hi, I've been trying to install FModel but it just won't let me for some reason. I've checked the Norton logs and they said they allowed it so what's the issue here? what do I do? I know that if i disable antivirus, it automatically enables after a day and I won't be able to access FModel anymore. What also astounded me is that apparently I'm the only one with this issue as I don't see anyone talking about it online.
