i just allowed a potentially malicious app through my firewall, what should i do?

I just allowed an app that I think might be malicious through Windows Firewall, it was a complete oversight I just kind of pressed the allow button with zero thought. I've already removed all iterations of the app from the firewall using the allow an app through windows firewall program, but I'm worried if it will still affect my network, and if it was already too late by the time I had removed it from the firewall (I removed it a couple minutes after allowing it). Sort of panicking right now as I don't want to just completely destroy my network and all the devices on it. Is there any way if I
