How do I get my security back without losing all my memories.

My Ex was big into messing with my accounts and devices in hopes that I would willingly give him my son for safety reasons. I noticed new flash drives, and some even had other people info on them!! !! along with caught him changing my passwords and blocking me from being able to use Wi-Fi in hopes that in blocking me I wouldn’t be able to access current devices because HE had to be on Wi-Fi to access the router. I however am the owner of the email and know the password to the company I have service through… so that was a quick fix!! However it says last week something was plugged into all
