Is there anything in Windows 11 that sends traffic through my router to Ireland?

I recently got a new router and I see traffic from my Windows 11 PC that is going to Ireland (amongst other unsuspected regions). Is there a normal Windows thing that uses Ireland servers? For instance, maybe Onedrive? Or something else. Currently, I am blocking them, but I'd like to be able to figure out what is causing the outgoing traffic, if possible.
