Guest village idiot Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 Hi folks! Windows xp IE 7 Dell I am having a problem today with windows live one care. My winloc and security shield icons are both red, with this message: "Your virus and spyware definition files are out-of-date. Your computer may be at risk...." I have tried "update now", and get the message "windows live onecare was unable to update". I have tried restarting, and nothing changes. I turned my computer off for a while...still nothing. Help please! the village idiot
