Hi folks!

Windows xp

IE 7

Dell

I am having a problem today with windows live one care. My winloc and

security shield icons are both red, with this message:

"Your virus and spyware definition files are out-of-date. Your computer may

be at risk...."

I have tried "update now", and get the message "windows live onecare was

unable to update". I have tried restarting, and nothing changes. I turned

my computer off for a while...still nothing.

Help please!
