Cannot Start windows defender service: Access Denied

Hello. So basically, i've had the idea to tweak my computer to disable the stuff that I do not use (like windows update, microsoft store, etc), So I decided to download a tool to help me do that. Right after I executed it, Windows Defender started to become crazy and some of the worst notifications that I can imagine started popping up (Threat service has stopped. Restart it now, Turn On Virus Protection, Turn On Windows Security Center Service, etc). Right after I saw that, I tried starting back windows defender services but i got this message: I then tried to manually start the services back
