Guest ajbrill Posted July 12, 2008 Posted July 12, 2008 My computer gets stuck on the blue "Microsoft Window 98...windows is shutting down" screen. This is happening all the time; I have to physically turn the computer off. My system is normally slow due to using dial-up, so that is not the problem. -- Thank you for any help you can give, ajb
