IE 7 Flickers

[Guest angel weekes]

Every now and then my Internet Explorer flickers on and off usually when I am

deleting browsing history, It's only just started happening a few weeks ago.

Is there a fix for this or can I uninstall it then reinstall to fix the

problem. Thanks for any help in advance.
