Guest Park2 Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 Re: Using a USB 3G modem I have a windows application that sends & receives sms messages. The app runs okay directly on the server but I am trying to allow a user to access the modem via terminal services. The link looks like it is only available for specific purposes. Guest Vera Noest [MVP] Posted July 13, 2008 Posted July 13, 2008 Re: Using a USB 3G modem Do you mean that you want the user to rdp to the Terminal Server, start the application and through the application connect to the modem? Or does the user need to access the modem outside of the application? Can you connect to it in HyperTerminal? _________________________________________________________ Vera Noest MCSE, CCEA, Microsoft MVP - Terminal Server TS troubleshooting: http://ts.veranoest.net ___ please respond in newsgroup, NOT by private email ___ "Park2" <Stevewarby@btinternet.com> wrote on 13 jul 2008 in microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services: > I have a windows application that sends & receives sms messages. > The app runs okay directly on the server but I am trying to > allow a user to access the modem via terminal services.
