Stopped Services after XP SP3 install

I'm wondering if anybody else is seeing this...

I get anywhere from 0-3 generic host process errors on bootup. Event log

looks like this:

Probably related is the three networking services that are always not

running shortly thereafter... Computer Browser, Workstaiton and Server. I

can start them up with no problem and they're all set to automatic.

First pc is a brand new Dell Vostro 200 that came with XP SP2 -- first thing

I did was apply SP3, issue appeared.

The other two computers in the house are also running XP Pro SP2 -- same

thing happened after applying SP3. I've since formatted one of them,

reinstalled XP+SP2 from the OEM discs... dropped SP3 on 'em after setup was

complete and it's still happening.
