"Error moving file" when file is in use by other programs.

I was reorganizing some of my video files and one of them refused to move

because according to Windows, another program was using it.

I used Task Manager to look at the open processes, but I couldn't find any

that would normally use a movie clip, nor were any media players working at

the time. To my untrained eyes, I couldn't find anything anywhere that would

be using that file.

How can I find out which program is using a file when I get this error

message? I'm using XP Pro with SP3, if that helps. Thanks.

You find out and delete the filoe using Unlocker:

Unlocker 1.8.7

Thanks. I'd never heard of that program before. I'll go give it a shot.
