Supressing Folder Creation

Is it possible to stop Windows from creating the 'My Picture's / 'My Music'

, etc. folders when user's 'My Documents' are redirected to a server?

 

 

 

I would like to have each staff member within a department have their 'My

Documents' folder redirected to their departmental share but don't want a

bunch of 'My Music' and 'My Pictures' folders automatically created.
