Printing Problem

I have Windows 2003 with some shared printers. My problem is that when a

client in the domain adds a shared network printer the installed printer on

the client machine doesn't take the adjusted values in the print driver like

the paper size, tray..etc. Moreover when the client try to adjust the values

i doesn't get saved so he has to change it every time with every print job?
