getting weird popups, when starting my PC

So when i start my computer i get these popups saying i need to accept something for it to work, ( Peripherial stuff ) and i do not have a problem with it at all, the thing is, it asks me to "allow" it everytime at the start of my PC, every single time. Ive clicked on it several times already and it just wont stop showing / asking me, i do not know how to stop it. Ive also tried declining it, but it doesnt matter what i click, it stil wont stop showing up.
