Guest Jan Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 I am getting the message "windows has encountered a problem, what would you like windows to do" when I try to copy photos to a cd or dvd. The cd and dvd's are new and empty. I tried opening the cd window and copying and pasting. I tried opening the photo and clicking send to. I tried just one photo at a time. What is happening here? Thank you. I have copied cd's with success multiple times. -- Jan

XP does not write to most DVD media directly (DVD-RAM media is the exception.)
