Guest Frodo Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Hi all, Not sure this is workable but appreaciate your input. I need to replace an old file/print server, so, will get a new server, install windows 2003 server and join to existing AD. Now, can I use NTbackup to backup all the file/folders in old server and restore it in new server so that I dont have to assign all the file/folders permission? If not, any alternative to do it bcos the data to move over is huge! Thanks in adv.
