Guest Joseph Posted July 15, 2008 Posted July 15, 2008 Hello, I have a shared print driver from a Windows 2000 Server. This workstation is XP professional and has the shared print driver on this workstation. The local workstation print folder continously shows that this shared print driver has a number "1" in residing in the print que. I have tried to go to the "Delete all documents command" and execute but there are no print jobs existing to delete. I tried going into the %systemroot%>system32>spool>printers and remove any files that would hang the print spool up yet there are no files to delete. I tried restarting the print spool service and rebooting but still did not remove the "1" from print que. I tested a test print page to theshared printer and it test print page correctly. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced. Joe
