after every reboot display property and themes change?

I want to know how to set them permanently like they used to be two

weeks ago? it changes from classic to win xp small text and Icons.

If you have made any changes via Accessibility Options/Desktop revert them.

If this is not the case, see if line 54 (right hand side) helps:
