Windows 11 Beta build 22622.598 ni _reslease defender issues

I uninstalled my norton security from this computer and opted to soley just use windows defender. I ran a full scan today and found some severe threats. Ever time i click to quarantine or remove the threats windows defender jsut says feel free to keep working while we take action. Can someone help me fix this and remove the threats. Ill give two screen shots.
