Difficulty Removing VIrus Using Conventional Methods

Hello, I have been trying to remove this virus. As soon as the scanner came across it, it has frozen in place. All other attempts have failed in removing it. Can anyone give me hints on how to remove it? When I try to find the directory, there is no such directory or "access is denied", even though my account has "full control" enabled. When I tried to delete it in the command console using "del" command, it said it was an "invalid switch", whatever that means. Can anyone help?
