Issues with internet

I seem to have an issue were whenever I try to move away from the home page

of any web site to enter log in details or enter anything in like quantity of

an item etc the page automatically shuts its self down

Not really enough information to get focused help. Start by answering:

 

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things

worked and the time they didn't?

 

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the malware/virus

status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what programs (and

versions) did you use to determine this?

When you post back with the missing details, also include:

 

1. The antivirus/security software you have installed.

2. How you connect to the Internet (method, ISP).

3. What browser you are using and, if Internet Explorer, the same issue
