Windows Security -> Device Security Problem

I just receive this warning in Device Security stating " Memory integrity is off. Your device may be vulnerable" just this day (a while before this post). I can no longer access settings inside Device Security, All its written there is Standard hardware security not supported, and from Windows Security when i select Go To Settings in Device Security, it will display a pop up Pag not available
