When I open some emails with pictures, there is a little 'x' in the top left

corner. The one I just got was a .jpg and I can usually open them. What

happened here?

Why ask HERE? XP has NO ability to do anything with email. Ask this

in a group for whatever mail program you use. IOW,

Ask elsewhere

If you send or Forward an email with embedded graphics, do they display in

the received message?

Why don't people cease putting posts in the wrong groups?

OH, and the replies go down HERE, top-poster.

Why don't you cease complaining? You post where you wish and I'll do the

same.

Your constant complaints isn't impressing anyone.

Wrong. email is a standard built in feature of Windows XP. That makes the

question entirely relevanty to this group.

Because they have put it in the correct group. It's your post that is out

of place.

.... and they can put their replies where the hell they like. There is no

law that dictates otherwise.

No, you are wrong. Email is not part of XP. Yes, it comes with OE,

but OE is not 'part' of XP but a totally separate program.

No, they put it in the wrong group. XP has zero native ability to do

anything with email.

Oh, and netiquette states newsgroup replies should be bottom posted.

To not do so is just rude, as you claim I am. So, YOU can be rude but

I can't? That makes you as big a hypocrite as MI5, so that's your new

name: Hypocrite#2.
