Hi there I'm new here so be gentle with me http://extremetechsupport.com/images/icons/icon10.png.

I have an issue viewing some pages on my PC but not on my laptop.

My son just sorted out his car insurance on line but could not view the certificate to print off - we only got a blank page. However I could view the certificate on my laptop.

Is there someting wrong with my settings?

I have kaspersky internet security in place.

Thanks for reading.http://extremetechsupport.com/images/icons/icon14.png

Hi and welcome to ExTS

Which Operating System do you have on the pc ?

What format was the certificate in when you tried to print it?

PDF ?

Do you have Adobe Reader on your pc ?

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!

Hi again , Im on Windows Vista home basic.

The certificate was in Adobe PDF and I have the latest version.

All I got was a blank screen.

This happened before when I tried to pre-book cinema seats and the seating page would not appear on the PC but could be viewed on the laptop.

Regards. Toto.

Yes I can see those.

I can see most things except those I've mentioned.

Could it be a block or something?

Hi again , I'm afraid no joy there.!

Have also noticed that my sidebar calendar is just displaying the orange background but no day/date.

Have deleted and reinstalled from gadgets but still blank.!!!!

but no day/date.

Is the date and time showing correctly in the bottom right corner.

I don't think this is related to viewing PDF files

Can you post me a link to a PDF file that you cannot view please ?

If I can't view it either then the problem lies with the site and not your system.
