Hi, I know Microsoft Office has WebCast that are free and live do you know of

any for Outlook and Word (advanced Outlook)?

Yes, Microsoft offers many, many tutorials for its products. There may not

be live webcasts but there certainly are video and written tutorials for

Outlook and Word. Look on Microsoft's Office website for training links.

Not free, but your local community college probably offers bags of courses

on these programs.
