I'm running Windows 11 (10.0.22621) and Windows Defender reports that EUS:Win32/CustomEnterpriseBlock!cl has been detected in C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\performancedriverextension.inf_amd64_855afcb772286e68\Service\OpenHardwareMonitorLib.sys.After I select 'Quarantine' or 'Remove' then 'Start Action', Windows Defender does its thing then prompts me to restart. Shortly after I restart, Windows Defender warns me that EUS:Win32/CustomEnterpriseBlock!cl has been detected in C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\performancedriverextension.inf_amd64_855afcb772286e68\Ser
