Guest Doug Mc Posted July 19, 2008 Posted July 19, 2008 I've not been able to download and install Flash Player. It downloads ok and starts the install then I get a message that the "Install Failed." I go to their website and follow troubleshooting, etc. and it still won't install. They suggest reloading Internet Explorer (I have 7). Did that and still wouldn't install. Any suggestions? ps. I haven't changed a thing to cause this that I know of. It tries to use Flash Player on YouTube and now it won't work. Thanks for any help. Doug
