Brand New Gaming Laptop keeps automatically jumping back to previous page all the way till the first one

Just about a day ago -I Noticed this happening first on DISCORD - It would take me back to the main page (Same thing with every other browser old and new), I Haven't installed any viruses or software and I Tried using the sfc /scannow and it said it repaired some corrupted files but the issue still persists - it happens only for a very short duration = about 5-8 minutes, And The only way I've managed to find out how to stop it from happening temporarily until the next startup is through Doing ctrl + alt + del Combo but sometimes it doesn't work so i restart the windows explorer and it finally
