ufaryl Posted September 17, 2011 Posted September 17, 2011 I am hoping someone can help me with a problem on my pc. I have just bought a 3.5" internal card reader which connects to the high speed USB plug on the motherboard (intel pentium4 2.4 gig running xp pro) when i connect this card reader the system freezes and a caption pops up saying that my new usb hub has exceeded its power limit. i dont know what this means ,can anyone expain to me.
