First, ensure that all necessary drivers are installed, starting with any motherboard chipset drivers. If you see any problems in Device Manager, you need to fix them. Second, in the Network Connections control panel sections, ensure that the Wireless NIC is working and enabled. Third, be sure that you have the correct wireless encryption types, SSIDs, and keys. You'll have to provide more details for anything more specific. HTH -pk
