Need assistences regarding on this matter;

 

Unable to reinstall software using InstallShield ® Setup Launcher.

 

Error messages "InstallShield ® Setup Launcher has encountered a problem

and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

 

For your info; Previously, this software can go thru without having any

problem. It's happen when I reformat my PC. I'm using same version of Windows

XP before and after formatting.

 

How should I encounter this problem. Is it because of I'm updating my

windows? Thank in advance.
