Microsoft Defender Antivirus KB4052623 update error 0x80070643

Hi. I tried to install an update for Mcrosoft Defender today, but got error 0x80070643. I have read so many different tips, done so many different manipulations, but this error refuses to go away. I have tried to roll back updates, used built-in troubleshooters, scanned the system with Windows utilities. In general, I have tried almost all the ways described here: Redirecting tried to install the update manually, but nothing seems to have happened.I don't know what else
