This for each and every (malware) file. This may be a bit cumbersome when performing an extensive unattended scan, such as a complete drive. Suggestion: add an option to have malware quarantined automatically. After the scan Defender should show what files have been quarantined, allowing users to restore files in case of a false positive, or.. when, at some point in time, files are identified as 'false positives' Defender should report this to the users and offer to retroact Continue reading...
