Windows Security/Defender shows "recommended actions" without any problems and "App & browser control" does not work.

Hello,It's been a few days now that the Windows Security logo (bottom right of the screen) indicates that there is a problem with "recommended actions", while when I press it, it tells me that everything is fine (everything is green). Also, when I get to this Windows Security page, the "App & browser control" section is missing. When I try to search for "App & browser control" via the Windows search bar, I land on a blue page that closes after two seconds. However, when I try to access it via the Windows settings, the "App & browser control" section is there, even with a yellow tri
