Had a Trojan. Tried removing. Now telling me remediation incomplete

Without getting into the minutiae, I got a Trojan. Windows security detected it so I quickly set about removing it. Trojan name is 'Win32/Straba.EH!MTB'When using remove or quarantine options in windows security seemed to do nothing I tried finding the attached files and deleted them. Did everything, dumped recycling bin, ran malwarebytes, ran a bunch of security scans. They all said no threats detected.But then windows security would tell me action was still required on the Trojan.I then tried running PC in safemode. Ran malwarebytes again. Couldn't run windows security in safe mode. Again,
