Windows Defender, Something went wrong, we coudn't install a required component. HOW TO FIX??

I reformat my laptop. and noticed that i have a windows defender icon but when im trying to open it, it doesn't open.. It just says I need to install it. So I Install it and now this "something went wrong" appeared (please see attachment below). I already update all the updates from Windows Update and for now I dont have any pendings.I already reboot the laptop after the updates. and still it shows up.
