XP SP2 How to get a resized or repositioned Win Explorer window to stick

I would like for my Win Explorer window to appear in a certain place each

time. I resize it and reposition it to that place. But when I close it and

reopen it, it does not come back. What is the easiest way to get the size

and position to stick? Thanks in advance.
