Date Format

Although the short date format is "d/M/yyyy" under "Regional and Language

Options", my server still generate a "M/d/yyyy" format. How can I completely

change it?

Solved by changing values in

HKCU\Control panel\International

and HKU\DEFAULT\Control Panel\International
