I've tried to install Defender for Consumer on macOS.Enabled both Microsoft Defender and Endpoint Security Extension but the installation menu does not proceed or allow me to complete the installation. I've deleted/uninstalled/reinstalled but the problem is the same. Now I've got an orphansed extension "Microsoft Defender Endpoint Security Extension" that I cannot remove.What's going on please?
