trojan virus does not go

This is what my computer shows me from the beginning of the day. In the past no such issue had occurred, and I am really worried. It says it the trojan virus has been removed and blocked but at the same time shows the same threat and says action is needed. Please help me understand if this is serious or not. I did a full scan and it removed a trojan without any issue, but this trojan is not going away.
