Microsoft Defender PC Reboot False Positive Email.

Every time I reboot my PC I get an Email from Microsoft Defender from their *** Email address is removed for privacy *** email address with no explanation just a notification stating "A threat was found on the Windows device "HTPC2" on 11/9/2022. Open Microsoft Defender to take action right away." But when I open microsoft defender this is what I see. I have run Virus scans both online and offline along with root kit scans from multiple venders including Microsoft's own, with nothing detected. This has been going on for over a month now and I have reported it to Microsoft through the feedback hub and have gotten
