junk mail keeps pooring in! what to do? close to a 100 in one day!

what a nightmare! Junk mail keeps pooring in my in the box daily! what to do? I can't block 90% of them! "Block" option completely disappear!! keep getting warning messages from "microsoft"but when i check the sender email I find it to be very weired! any security system/app please?thanks
